Occupational health: continuity of medical follow-up
During the CSE meeting of 23 April, CFE-CGC questioned Management about the organisation of occupational health services at the Hive, following the resignation of Doctor Fares Belhout.
The integration of the Sustainability teams, formerly EcoAct, would represent around two additional medical appointments per month, a workload considered manageable by the nurses currently in post.
CFE-CGC position
CFE-CGC is fully aware of the nationwide shortage of occupational physicians, which makes recruitment more complex in many companies.
Nevertheless, we will remain particularly vigilant regarding compliance with regulatory obligations and employee care timelines.
Site security at the Hive
Management also addressed site security, particularly after laptop thefts. Thirty incidents have been recorded over two years.
- Systematic analysis of reported cases.
- Awareness-raising actions through the newsletter.
- Individualisation of door-opening badges instead of shared badges.
- Disciplinary sanctions applied in certain clearly identified cases.
